Clicked on the "Aircraft" button along the left side.

 

5) Was the problem persistent? (did refreshing the page fix it)

Yes, persistent.  No, refreshing did not help

 

6) Any other notes you think would be helpful

Was in O1 world when it happened.

Using Chrome browser

5. This is the first time refreshing the error page did not fix the issue. Tried refreshing five times before posting this.

Edited to add: Tried it again just now, and it works.

If after the time of this post you get a server error (502 Bad Gateway, 504 Gateway Timeout, etc) anywhere on the AE site, please describe the problem in a reply to this thread with the following information:

 

1) Error message / problem

2) Date and time the problem occurred (including your timezone)

3) URL at which the problem occurred

4) What you were doing when the problem occurred (loading the My Airlines page, saving a route, clicked "Change Aircraft" button, etc)

5) Was the problem persistent? (did refreshing the page fix it)

6) Any other notes you think would be helpful

 

Thank you for your patience as we continue to iron out the remaining teething problems on the new server. :)

1). 504 Gateway Time-out nginx 2). 19/1/2013 at 11.19 pm GMT 3). http://ae31.airline-....com/routes.php 4). Opening the Routes page to manage routes. 5). Refreshing didn't work, I pressed back and clicked again didn't work, I opened world again and clicked route and error message still showed. 6). This was in O1, and this was not working for at least 10 mins, then I stopped checking. Hope this helps solve the issue!!

Just a follow-up report after the routes tab was fixed by refreshing. The error occurred somewhere else.

 

1) 504 Gateway Time-out

2) 01/20/13 between 8:22 am to 8:50 am (UTC+8)

and a couple of route management tabs

 

4) Clicked the Routes tab and I was supposed to change my ticket prices but I gave up cause it kept on showing 504 Gateway Time-Out.

 

5) Refreshing fixed the one in the routes tab but for the individual routes it didn't

Thank you everyone for the reports. We are making progress in tracking down the root issue. For now, further error reports won't do much good, so I want to avoid wasted effort. If we need to start collecting reports again, I will unlock this topic. :)
