If after the time of this post you get a server error (502 Bad Gateway, 504 Gateway Timeout, etc) anywhere on the AE site, please describe the problem in a reply to this thread with the following information:

 

1) Error message / problem

2) Date and time the problem occurred (including your timezone)

3) URL at which the problem occurred

4) What you were doing when the problem occurred (loading the My Airlines page, saving a route, clicked "Change Aircraft" button, etc)

5) Was the problem persistent? (did refreshing the page fix it)

6) Any other notes you think would be helpful

Error 502 Bad Gateway, the rankings page, disappeared when trying again a few minutes later.
Same error on the aircraft information page when looking for data of the A340-500, again it worked a few minutes later.

Hello there!

 

andersair here, have logged into my airline 'airLIBAN' this morning and everytime I go to the 'MY ARPLAINES' menu to check I receive the 504 time-out message.

 

Been trying to do this from 11:40 - 11:48 GMT +2 (Athens, Greece) 19 Jan 13.

Im getting it too.  502 Bad Gateway.  After the server came up.  Yesterday.  Go back   to previous page , then try again . I get through.  The site should auto record  errors.

5) Yes, refreshing 3/4 times did nothing, so I closed the tab to find that trying again it was only that thread that was causing me trouble.

6) It had cleared itself within 3 minutes

it is affecting (R4) Realistic World (1990-2030) (30 min / day) & (O2) No Political Restrictions (1960-2000) (20 min / day)

I get a 504 Gateway Time-out on both

Also 30 min. ago (8:00 AM 1/19/2013) this affected the "save route tab" when I was redoing the fares for two LAS routes in O2 (they are losing money)

I was clicking the "Airline" tab on the left side of the screen to view my fleet

this was in the S3c world
