considering that you already have the 73H in your fleet, I'd suggest you buy more of them :P otoh you are also using A320s, so the A321 would not be a problem maintenance wise. The 73H has considerably lower fuel flow but higher leasing/acquiring costs. The A321s benefits are its 500 mi greater range and a 1000 ft smaller runway use.
So if you only want to fly routes <2500 mi, go for additional 73Hs, if you want to have flexibility, buy A321s.
Check if you really need the capacity before gettting them, both are rather big aircraft ;)

Depends on what missions your planning on flying the aircraft on. Boeing 737s are generally better on shorter segments (ie: JFK-ORD), while the A32X series is better on longer segments (ie: JFK-DEN)

Airus always whin in terms of the 737 versus A320. There is one A320 family and three 737 families plus airbus has better runways, WAYYYYYYYYYYYY better range and most of them have better Fuel Flow than it 737 competitor except I believ ethe A321 looses to the 737-900er

737-900ER all the way! (I have had airlines with 737s and A320s (older days) and I recall the 737s preforming much better then the A320s on routes such as TPA-LAX, TPA-JFK, or even TPA-MIA)

I suppose it depends on what sort of routes you are doing and to what airports :P
