Yeah those flights were charted by the company and were not available to the general public.

Brize Norton should be added though? as the airports it serves Mt Pleasant and Ascension are in the game? :P

It's a real shame, Rushmoor borough council are way too strict on its operations

Britain's too strict towards aviation, let it grow and the economy will grow, silly billies at Downing Street!

British overseas airports would not come under the UK as they are all governed by themselves and do not work in the same way that the French overseas regions work.

Is it me or did the LHR pax numbers get nerfed? I only fly one route into LHR and the demand dropped from 1800 to 250 Y pax daily?

Corrections -

Tresco Heliport (TSO) should actually be at 49° 56′ 44″ N, 6° 19′ 53″ W

St. Mary's - Isle of Scilly Airport (ISC) should actually be at 49° 54′ 48″ N, 6° 17′ 30″ W

As of now they are both situated in the ocean....

Is it possible to stimulate traffic from airports? Like the idea of making Carlisle a decent airport with flights around Europe as they have planned for many a year but as it is the most pax I can seem to squeeze out of a route is 12 per day :-(

At this point in time it is not possible to stimulate traffic from airports without highering the annual passengers data.

Randomly highering the amount of annual passengers at certain airports won't be done because this number is meant to be the same as in real life.

In the future the demand calculation system will probably change which means it might become possible to stimulate traffic from airports like Carlisle (not saying this would happen though).

Keep in mind that the demand calculation system probably won't be changed anytime soon.

Sorry to bring up a dead argument but I think Farnborough should get airline services again. It has a nice terminal, a long enough runway to land /takeoff an A380 and a great nearby hotel. It would be great for me, as I live 1 minute from the airport so great spotting opportunities. Shame the biggest I ever see is a 737 BBJ or A320 ACJ. :(

Here at AE we do not make up data for airport statistics, especially when an airport is limited to only have business filghts.

Actually, having airports with say just F/C demand would be cool. There's still passengers flying in and out of the airports, with some on airlines. So why not? :P
