Why do we have the old Durban airport but not the new one?

The old Durban airport has the passenger data of the new durban airport.

Because I don't want to add it when the majority of the game the 1st Durban airport is in use.

Then why do we use the new data if it is the old airport.

The date used currently is for the year that the old Durban airport closed and the new one opened, because it gives the total passengers for an entire year.
