hello everyone!
I have a very successfull airline, based in Asia. my fleet consists mostly of tupolev 114 (which is "fast", fuel efficient aaaaaand has a great range and flexibility for a lot of routes) sadly, the world is in the begining of the 80´s and so the planes are old by now and that is a detriment for my reputation
Now, what could be a good overall replacement in these ages for such a nice soviet plane?
I´ve been thinking mostly about the Airbus 310-300 and the boeing 767-200, but further suggestions are welcome.
Thanks in advance,
Your friendly Airline Manager cpizanov

Personally, I think that you need to operate several aircraft types. For example, some of your short haul routes are only served 3 times weekly. If you used a smaller aircraft, you could fly 7 flights weekly, which would increase your reputation and increase profits.
I would recommend that you buy:
-Boeing 737-300 for short haul low demand
-Boeing 757-200 for short haul and medium haul medium demand
-Boeing 767-200 for short, medium and long haul high demand.
OR
-DC9 for short haul low demand
-MD 80 for short haul medium demand
-Airbus A300 B4/600 for short and medium haul high demand
-Airbus A310-200/300 for short, medium and long haul high demand
OR
-Boeing 757-200 for short and medium haul low demand
-Boeing 767-200 for short, medium and long haul high demand
If you really want to have one aircraft type, go for either
-Boeing 757-200
-Boeing 767-200
as they are the most flexible.

Turnaround= 55 45 50
Price= 38,000,000 78,500,000 109,000,000

You should get Concordes as replacement aircraft and replace those with A380s, once they are out
