Currently, in Realistic Worlds, you are technically only allowed to fly from your base country to another country.
For example, if you are based in A and B/C are foreign countries, you are currently allowed to fly A-B or A-C but not B-C
Now this works in some cases however, there is a number of ways in which B-C can be allowed and this is 1 idea.

I am managing an airline in India, (Jet Airways) and in real life, they fly BRU-JFK.
Jet Airways have a hub in BRU because Brussels is an airport allowing almost any airline to hub.

Now, this is not accounted for in the game. Is it possible to add airports allowing hubs from airlines outside the country. For example, an Indian Airline hubbing in Brussels. This will make the game more realistic and allow for more flight options!

Thanks,

This will be included in the plan for stop-overs more than likely.
