I figured the rules to this world meant you could only originate flights from one airport, period. For example, if you establish your HQ at LHR, all of your flights had to start/end at LHR.

Looking at other players' route maps, it appears this is basically a regular realistic world with the exception of only being able to establish one airport as a hub.

You have a point, not much of a disadvantage. More unrealistic too.
