Hello,
I know that many people are not impressed with United's post merger livery. I personally think it is kind of boring. I just wanted to see if anyone had any interesting ideas. Feel free to create a new United livery and post it for all to see!

I much prefer the old gray livery they used to have. It just seemed so poised, understated yet classy.

That one looks quite interesting. Although, I do like the blue and white one (before they merged with Continental).Erase all of the yucky new one and replace it with United's pre-merger livery.
It's really me, now. #backtoAE

I think that they should keep the globe symbol, because it gives off a more global image than the symbol United had before, but I also think that the simple blue and white post continental livery is boring. Keep the tail fin art and give the body a new paint scheme.

Can I say, I love the CO livery. The bit that ruins it is the bit saying "UNITED" on the front

Continental's "logo" looks like they stole it from a powerpoint design. United's is better by a thousand times. Why?

Like in all honesty, the Continental livery/new United livery is the most conservative, bland, characterless, and un-interesting livery of any airline on earth... How can you possibly like it?
The old logo was one of the most recognized logos of any airline, and the old light blue planes were so upbeat and recognizable in a sea of boring and plain liveries of most other airlines.

You want to keep Continental's POS tail?
Yes, United is flying to more and more international destinations. I think that the globe symbol of Continental conveys the sense that United is becoming more of a global player in air travel. However, I did like the shades of blue livery before the merger. I think a good livery would be to take the continental tail, and add it to the most recent pre merger livery. Then, make the deepest shade of blue in that livery match the shade of blue in the current tail image on the post merger planes.

I admit, I do like the livery. But the tailfin from Continental is a POS, if you want Continental's logo go back to Samuel Bass' logo.

Call me weird, but, I love Eurowhite liveries. I'm not saying that United's former liveries were bad, as I think they were amazing, especially the blue and white one. I just like simplicity, and I think Eurowhites portray it perfectly.
