I'm not entirely sure how you mean; are you asking if there is a flight simulator, or how to open a route?

If you are asking after a flight simulator, I am afraid not - this is purely an airline management game.

If you want to actually fly the aircrafts that is in this game, then i suggest that you purchase or download a FlightSimulator.
