Maestro, you being a moderator should have thought twice before doing something like this. How are the smaller airlines expect to survive if some of the big ones just keep twisting the rules.

There's no rule about how many used aircraft you can buy. Buying even a new delivery from another airline is still used and you can buy as many as you have money.

On average my airline buys 5-7 used Airbus aircraft an AE month.

So? And they are then sold as used aircraft (one previous owner) to him. No violation of the rules there.

My problem with this situation is we are maybe opening a can of worms as nobody can really control the money involved on this transactions.

I honestly believe Maestro pays more than the aircraft value, but who can guarantee the others will do the same?

Also if this is a legit way to get more than two planes, why them have a cap on the aircraft limit an airline can purchase! It just defeat the purpose...

Have you taken a look at the used aircraft market? Just about all the planes there are sold at a mark-up! A fair number of the planes are 0 years old. Some are brand new and still at full value. What's the difference between that and this? I've gotten brand new planes at half value through agreements. You wanting to outlaw this?

There's no cap on the aircraft an airline can purchase. Just on the delivery number to each carrier. This is to ensure aircraft go to more carriers and that one airline cannot tie up deliveries for an extended period of time. What each airline chooses to do with planes upon delivery is its own business.

Well that explains it, I have nothing further to say regarding this issue but I thought that was completely banned!

No, only buying/selling planes between other airlines you own (meaning other airlines where one has logged in via the same IP to both).

I've sold near new planes at under market value on the open used aircraft market as part of fleet simplification. Just wanted rid of the planes and wanted the cash then for other purposes. Nothing wrong with that.

If someone can better explain how im breaking rules, then please....

But anyways, its a fair deal actually.. airlines trying to be aircraft brokers have existed since AE v1 and all was fine. I have an agreement with Kiwi Air, after he tried to set up his airline, which he was unsuccesful at...

This is nothing against the rules. There are plenty of airlines which are paying a certain price over value to get some extra aircraft per month, as they wish to expand faster than the competition. Its just like buying of the used market, but the aircraft are like brand new. Honestly, its part of the game really, its called a strategic alliance, which not only benefits me but Kiwi Air....

Well, the person selling the a/c chooses price, Me and maestro have agreed on prices for all a/c i am possibly going to order. If I was going to buy for someone else, Before I order the a/c, we will negotiate prices before hand so both parties know exactly who pays what. If the airline is not able to purchase when i can sell them, they go up on the used a/c market so either that airline or another can buy them unless a deal has been made with regards to time.

Well, if he has dynemic IP connection (like for example me) he can have a different IP each time that he connects to Internet. By this way (and a free e-mail account) he can pass/avoid that anticheating filter. Too difficult?

P.S.: In Spain most connections are with dynamic IP since static IP requires aditional fee.

if someone is like that wow... they are a**holes.. but most people i dont think would keep restarting their internet every time they login is a priority.

AOL does the same thing (dynamic IP) with every new page opened just in case you don't know.
