No matter what I seem to do by changing my IFS, my First Class and Business Class services still have ratings in the red (28). I'd like to know if there are certain ways to make my IFS better so I can make more money? Also, I'm having trouble making a profit on them as well. Thank you!

Im afraid its the opposite to what you think. If you made everything in your IFS free and of the best quality you will get top marks for IFS. If you try to make the most money out of it you will get the lowest rating. When you are a new airline don't worry about it too much, as you grow spend more on IFS.
