My airline had five gates at the beginning in STR, right now only one is left after two months and all slots are beeing used. I couldn't find any major Airport in Germany with gates left, so is there any way for my Airline to grow? I can't build a terminal and I can't make a hub in Germany, because no five gates are free.

I suggest starting in a new world, presumably you started in a later world where most gates are already taken and it is hard for new airlines with no gates available. Your airline, I think considering you are a new member, will not be able to survive and grow. So start in a newer world where the likely hood of having many gates at many German airports is high and you can expand quickly!
