Anyway try to reduce maintenance costs by flying with just 1 type of an A/C and fly to less destinations. (also: more range ~= more money.)

For aircraft maintenance you pay a large basic fee per aircraft family and a small additional fee per plane
You have 5 different families of aircraft, including:
1 A300
1 737 Next Generation
2 ATR
4 DC10
8 737 (classic)
In particular, the A300-600R and 737-800 are likely to be costing money to use. You need either more planes or fewer types. Maybe try to get rid of the A300-600R and 737-800 and use more ATR and 737-300\400\500 planes.
