When starting an airline, should i buy cheaper aircraft or more expensive aircraft?

If you have a new airlien then you shall lease cheap aircrafts that is suited for your needs.

but make sure it's in the same family when starting out...this point cannot be stressed enough. Leasing that random "cheap" used aircraft you won't build up a fleet with will cost you much more total (factoring in maintenance) than just leasing a new A320 (for example if you started with an A320).

In any case, with the starting cash and no bonds you should be able to lease at least 2 new 737s or A320s, so leasing used ones is not strictly necessary (but if available they will help speed up your initial growth due to the instant delivery compared to waiting for new ones).
