Just a small clarification about joining an alliance. An alliance member receives only the benefits from his alliance member status by the game or there are also some rules, maybe unwritten rules, where for example two alliance members cannot fly in the same route?

It all depends on the alliance you join to what rules they have in place. But on the whole you benefit from connecting passengers mainly.

Thank you for replying so quickly. Unfortunately the invitation has no mention about rules. Maybe a future add where rules should be mentioned wit an option like "no special rules exist" would make more clear any invitation. For the time being I will ask for it at the invitation sender. Something off topic for Moldova96: since you are moderator and I created a little mess trying to post a problem in the bug tracker section and I hate it when I do that, I have 2 topics named Human resources bug (?) i the version 3.0 and aircraft data of 3.1 sections, could you possibly delete one and move the other to the general section of bug tracker where I suppose it belongs? I really thank you!
