Im based in Germany and my main hub is in FRA, currently the second biggest airline in FRA.
I like to operate like a real airline, so I'm not joining an alliance that has a member in Germany already.

I would recommend looking into Excel or V-Alliance then. It looks like we already have that area covered.

If you have not yet joined an alliance, you might consider SunSeeker. So far, we are small but I'm trying to do it realistically--with airlines whose route structures complement each other, not compete with each other.

You can join OneSky , we have only 2 airlines and we want to increase our alliance. This are the 2 members:

USAirlines (Base in USA)
UK Airways (my airline based in UK , London Luton and Manchester are my two hubs.)
