Any ideas why its operating costs are so high compared to the A330, despite taking a similar amount of passengers?

Does it? :S fuel flow is lower on the A350...

Whenever I do an aircraft swap with an A358, the aircraft DOP on existing routes increases significantly (30-60%, on average), plus, I can squeeze in another frequency.
