Yuxi, I think me not changing the airline in 2 days was not a good excuse for deleting it. Many members leave small airlines alone for few days to build up cash...
Did the airline have any routes flying?

I assume that the airline had routes flying since it was written in the post that they leave SMALL airlines... And a small airline should have atleast one route to be categorized as small?Did the airline have any routes flying?

I think Airlines in debt of more than 1 or so billion should be automatically deleted, it's not like they are going to make a comeback anyways....
It might be possible... cause if an airline own all of it`s aircrafts it is possible to do a recovery since the aircrafts wont be taken back by the system....
However i do agree that we need a debt level where airlines will automaticly be deleted from the game

Perhaps is debt exceeds the value of assets ? since then you couldn't even sell it all to return to the zero line.
Sounds like a good idea.... and if you have -1Bill debt i guess you will have a CCC credit rating wich will not allow you to take bonds to recover... however i want a safety limit that you need to have a debt that is greater than your assets + 50 Mill Just incase....

Yes, + 50mil would be good. But 50 is abbit much, I'd settle for 30-40.

Lets say 40 cause that is the max amount you can get with AAA credit rating... Which is unlikely but only then will we be able to be sure that the airline is dead and is not going to recover without bancrupcy.

I like the debt over assets +40 but even I think that's too high. I think as low as 5 would be fine. We're creating too much of a cushion for bankrupt airlines to bounce back up on. If they sell everything, they can't get a LOAN, because they haven't paid back any of the debt. They'll be stuck at 0 forever, no matter how much you set the + to.
I know that we all say that bankrupt airlines discourage new users, but it also gives them a learning experience. Like when I learned why not to Fly Tridents. (fuel)
My proposal
- If an airline has -48,000,000 in cash, it should be automatically deleted (if it gets that far down, I highly doubt if it restarts it will do much better)
- If the airline's debt exceeds its assets it should be automatically deleted because if the debt is that high they won't be able to take out another loan.
- If the airline is inactive for 5 days (just long enough for a non-profitable airline to hold out) then it should be deleted unless notified to Yuxi, or has over $700,000,000 in cash.
- If the airline has no routes or no planes for 3 days, it should be deleted unless it has over $700,000,000 in cash (because they can still buy planes)

CCC! You'll have D, which means no leases and virtually no bonds whatsoever.

You can't
Unfortunately your airline must have been loosing money and has lost everything, defaulting on everything unfortunately all you can do now is declare bankruptcy
