LHR-FRA in my opinion is a real bloodbath. No matter how much frequency you have, you will make a loss. Maybe for you it is not like that.
What are in your opinion other bloodbaths?

Well out of my home base of ORD there are 19 airlines (including my own) that are either headquartered there, hubbed there, have a terminal there or any combination of the three. So I guess you could say its a ****storm

I usually reduce the frequency if the routes were too crowded (to get a little profit)..

You should look at CGK-SIN, a very crowded, yet high demanded, route. But with good tactics, like choosing ticket price and adjusting IFS/IFE, you can survive.

Routes between the Hawaiian islands are terrible. They have lower demands and the prices are extremely low...it's tough to profit.

This is kinda how it is with $30 fares...though this may not be even that bad compared to others.

The best way is flooding and play the pricing. Cut the frequency at any time and set the higher price. I'd like to do

basically it gets bad when FCL ticket prices start to be cheaper than CCL tickets. Australia to South east Asia is never good.

It makes no sense...I've eliminated first class on all of my domestic routes because of it.

From what I have heard from here in the US, in real life, is that Europe tends to have a lessor demand because European companies don't like to blow money on expensive travel like US companies do. Though this is only what I have heard and experienced with one European company, Camfil Farr.

a perfect route for my http://ae31.airline-...hp?aircraft=135 fleet. I only use 102 Y seats pr flight. no first or economic class. just like the European low price arliners do in RL here in Europe.
