Maximize your A/C utilisation, bring 100% LF if you can, or set to maximum profit each route.

Sounds like you really need to change things up. Maximize your usage of your aircraft and airports. Also try to avoid flying smaller planes into larger, more expensive airports. You could maybe lower salaries for the time being as well. That is the basic way of maximizing your profit with what you already have.

agreed with Alex.
if possible, try to fly narrowbody jet, with seats more than 150 pax and fly as many as possible.
get as much money as you can, if necessary take a bond to spare some cash, and wait till airline expanded.
do not fly small aircraft first.
later when you're safe enough, you can start being idealistic by flying planes and destination you wished for.

How many different type of aircraft are you using? I was killed in my first few attempts by the maintenance costs of having one or two of many different types. Try to avoid competing for passengers, look for routes that are under served or not served by other airlines.

27.8% profit margin
huge profit margin...
even if people, above, complained about my existance in this world, in which they said I'm flooding every routes, but my profit margin was only 11%, it's a rare to be higher than that now.
and dont talk about aircraft type, I only have 3 kind of aircraft. but my profit margin is still 11%
