Looking at the template in gimp it fit perfectly in line with the jetabout ejet which makes me think SB has just shaded which means he owns the sharing so he is rightly able to stop me using it.
You needed to actually compare the images to work out my E190 was a shaded version of Jetabout's?

Don't suppose you'd mind removing that signature of your's, along with your livery in the game? I'd rather you didn't use my old work - gives a bad impression of me.

It looks "official"? How? It looks like you put a stripe, two pieces of text, a flag and a crown on an aircraft. 5 minutes work... nothing "official" about it.

cause if i had gone all out like a livery im not allowed to show cause it is on sheepy's template it wouldnt look official also nearly all official jets are bland.

I hate to sounds like an ass, but shut the hell up Speed. No one wants to hear your petty and irrelevant complaints, especially when you post them on other designers forums who haven't asked for your opinion.
I realize it is your template, and he acknowledged so. If it doesn't satisfy your criteria, don't let him use your templates. Simple as that.
