ive been looking around and seeing loads of airlines on the game with fancy liverys and im just wondering where do you make these?

You can make these by looking in the Logo/Livery Requests forum for tips and how to make your own liveries on Photoshop or GIMP. Or you can simply request a designer makes you a livery there, but keep in mind they will keep to their own schedule.
