People look in it, the bugs just may not be fixed. And that is the rest of the existence of AE 3.0.(No one looks at the AE 3.0 bug tracker anymore )

My airline was growing fast and the routes are good, but suddenly (i pressed F5 in the routes page) all my routes on the Embraer 110-2 Bandeirante has a negative profit due to fuel costs. For example, in a route (CNF-AAX)with approximately 200 miles of distance, on a aircraft with 21 seats and a fuel flow of app. 800, i had a profit of 1,200 by day, and after I spent 5,000 with fuel and had -12,000 profit. so I bankrupt, because I was with negative cash before it...
Just hit save on the pricing page for each route (that has incorrect fuel costs). The fuel flows will reset. At first I thought you had to move planes around. Then changed prices. I now have found out. If the fuel costs get out of sync. Just his save in your pricing block. It will reset them. It's a pain in the behind. But it will get them back in line. But it will not stop it from happening in other routes. Just have to keep monitoring your routes. And catch it before it gets too far out of hand.

Sorry Nashville to Toronto is not a crap route. And he has 100% in all 3 zones and is losing 200k a day on the flight. This is an issue like some of us have had with fuel. It gets way out of proportion for the aircraft flying the trip. It will start out just fine. But something happens and the fuel is recalculated at a much higher rate. I had ATR's burning same fuel as a 737 on similar distance routes.
I finally quit the game I was having the most issues with. Tired of dealing with it. At the time I was #3 I think. So it was a well established airline in that game. Not crap routes. I have not noticed it in any of the 3.1 games I am in now (only games playing).

So what aircraft is he flying it with then? VC10s?
From my experiences with the fuel bug, it makes it slightly more realistic with actual fuel costs

You want to know?
ATR-42-600s
717-200s
737-300s.
GOod aircraft, all my other routes using them are fine.

I just had a fuel problem with an ATR charging $18,306 for ATL-MIA leg in the 3.1 theme game (each leg for all the flights on that route). First time it has happened in this theme game. After re-saving the prices it went back down to $2,550 which is the normal fuel rate. The route went from a $90,000 proffit to a $15,000 loss on a route that was 100% full. After re-saving it went back to a $90,000 proffit. So the fuel problem is alive and still kicking around.

Ok, as a last resort, I have swapped aircraft. For example, I swapped my 737-300 to a 737-700ER, a comparable aircraft. This fixed it, and I hope I can fix other routes with this too.I just had a fuel problem with an ATR charging $18,306 for ATL-MIA leg in the 3.1 theme game (each leg for all the flights on that route). We have the IFS bug, where all IFS get set to one if you adjust it manually on the route page?
I go to a route, set it to no IFS. I then go to the IFS screen, restore my defaults by distance, and that triggers a route recalculation across my entire airline which irons out fuel discrepancies. Its not perfect, but it works for the time being.

I don't get exactly what your saying here.............A tip for you:

I believe that most of the issues appear to be in 3.0, where this wouldn't work.A tip for you:

When I became aware of the IFS bug, I did exactly that. I restored my IFS defaults & it recalculated all of my routes for me, except that in doing so, it introduced the fuel bug. No kidding... All my routes dropped in profit by $20k/day or more. I ended up recalculating my routes one by one to restore the proper amounts & that worked fine, but with over 100 routes at the time, it took awhile. I left on holidays for a week & got back yesterday & returned to see that all of my planes had been seized & I was over $100 million in the hole (no worries, I understand that the game is in beta). Somehow, it recalculated my routes again & did the same thing. I guess that the IFS bug is worse than I thought...
