Boeing 737-300 of the French company COPA AIR. Delivered new to the Israeli company EL AL in February 1986. It operated until 1991. It was then stored for a few months at Tel Aviv airport before being leased by the French company.
The aircraft made its first flight for COPA AIR in October 1992 from Orly to Budapest. The 737 made its first flights in the European sky under Israeli registration.
After 8 months of opportunity, the aircraft was finally purchased in June 1993. It was then registered in France (F-DSTC).
It remained in the COPA AIR fleet until 2005 before being sold to M.A.T service (Mauritania Air Transport).
The aircraft was destroyed during a missed approach at Gao airport in Mali on 14 May 2008. No injuries were reported during the incident.
