TASA Chile | Boeing 787-9

TASA was founded in 1986 and began operation under the name TASA Chile in 1990 after 4 years of negotiations, planning and finding investors. The airline started operating domestically with a fleet of 4 Boeing 737-300 aircraft and eventually expanded Internationally after the 737-400, 757-200 and 767-300ER were added to the fleet. Today the fleet consists of the Airbus A320 family, the Boeing 767-300ER, 787-8, 787-9 and eventually the 787-10 will be added to the fleet. You will mostly see the Chilean carrier in Miami, Los Angeles, New York, Madrid, Barcelona and ofcourse on South American soil.

    Lovely, especially the colors

    Very nice

In the spirit of honestly and clearly articulating our feelings about other's liveries, I have some compliments and criticisms of this livery.

Compliments: As usual you've done an excellent job with the colour palette somehow making a 787 look like a cotton candy dream machine. The logo, although unoriginal, is extremely well textured as is the whole fuselage and the sort of fabric effect.

Criticisms: I don't like the logo very much. A slightly simple outline of South America? Chile is an amazingly diverse nation with so much vibrant wildlife and symbology. Further, the font and text placement isn't stellar. The light blue is a little hard to see and the font's lack of thickness and positioning such that the windows heavily interfere with it which combines to make the title look very odd.

Judging by the logo, I'm guessing this is inspired by LATAM, with different subsidiaries across South America?

Regardless, the livery and colour scheme look great! If my theory is correct, I'd love to see liveries from subsidiaries in other countries!

It is inspired by LATAM and Avianca, yes! Each country has a different colour pallet, so you'll get to see those as well. I might roll them out in the upcoming days. :)

Thank you for your comment, but I like it for what it is, it isn't meant to be real anyway.

    looks nice

So when does this go bankrupt?

    Otherwise this is noice

I understand that. I think this idea of a multicoloured multinational SA carrier is pretty neat. I understand you prefer fonts in the general vein of what you have up front but I know you can do a cooler logo and I'd like to see you take a whack at it
