Boeing 787

In 2018, the first Boeing 787 was delivered to Bohai Airlines. This was the largest aircraft the airline had taken on, and the goal was to replace the Airbus A330, which had lower fuel efficiency compared to the 787. They are fitted with 4 Yuèguāng first class seats, 25 Dragon business class seats, and 295 economy seats.

The examples shown are B-983X, B-23LS, and B-521J respectively. B-23LS was the first 787 delivered, and is painted in the "Roses of Beijing" special livery. B-983X was delivered in 2019 painted in colors which celebrated the 30th anniversary of the airline. B-521J is painted in the airline's regular livery.
