Malagasy - Boeing 787-9

Malagasy Compagnie Aérienne, based at Antananarivo/Ivato International Airport, is a Malagasy full-service carrier and is the flag carrier of the Indian Ocean island nation. The airline's bright blue and white livery, painted on its 16 Boeing and ATR aircraft, is instantly recognizable.

Malagasy took delivery of its first Boeing 787-8 in 2017 to replace its existing fleet of Boeing 767s which, at the time, had an average age of 22.5 years. The airline has since taken delivery of a further five 787s, including two of the larger -9 variant (shown here).
