Südflieger - Airbus A340-313

Südflieger - Airbus A340-313

My entry to the 2021 DACH competition!

Südflieger took delivery of its first Airbus A340 in 2004, which debuted initially on routes to Greece and Spain in the first quarter of the year, then took its first long-haul flight to Male in the Maldives. Passengers loved the smoother ride and the look of the quadjet, and Südflieger was able to operate "skinnier" long-haul routes than the existing 747-400 aircraft in its fleet to new destinations.

Fast forward to 2021, and after taking the brunt of the pandemic, Südflieger currently operates three A340-300s with a further nine in storage in airports around Europe, with plans to return them to service.

Very sleek and fancy, I think it gives off a great vibe. I understand why there's the double line on the tail (and I like the older logo), but I think that it's weird that that element doesn't appear on the front of the aircraft and it might even look a little awkward on the tail so consider omitting it I guess
