Personal Notes
Why is formatting so hard, it never publishes the way you want it...
As Italiana continued to expand in the late 1990s, the A300-600R was included in a large order consisting of A320-200s & A321-200s. With the large capacity of the jet, the MD-11 days within the fleet became numbered. With the range and reduced fuel costs, the A300-600R quickly replaced the MD-11 on many routes yielding large profits. The aircraft saw a very steady history within Italiana, carrying passengers until its final days in 2014. The type was eventually replaced by Boeing's 777-200ER, along with recently delivered A330-300s from Airbus.
Sleek.
