Boeing 757-200
P4-KZX
The Boeing 757-200 was the second in the fleet to be repainted into the airlines new livery, and over the years received several special liveries promoting Kazakhstan, the type proved to be a perfect fit for Kazakh Airlines, initially deployed on regional and medium range flights, it wasn't until later that Kazakh Airlines would realize the types potential deploying it on several of the airlines key European routes, longer range routes within Russia as well as flights into Asia. The Boeing 757 opened up several new markets for Kazakh Airlines, being able to operate lower yielding longer range routes to more secondary airports across the continent.
In 2008 the Boeing 757's would receive the airlines newest cabin alongside the introduction of business class, the first narrow-bodied aircraft in the airlines fleet ever to do so, later the type would also receive several modifications including a glass cockpit and winglets to help with the aircrafts fuel efficiency alongside being fitted with onboard Wi-Fi. From the types introduction into the fleet in 1998 it would go on to serve the airline for over two decades with the 757 retired ahead of schedule in 2020 during the global Covid-19 pandemic.
