Cape Airways | Embraer E190

Cape Airways (IATA: ZC | ICAO: ZCP | CALLSIGN: CAPEFLYER) uses the Embraer E-Jets, and the E190 in particular, as the backbone of its fleet. These jets can be seen regularly flying main trunk routes within South Africa from hubs at Cape Town and Johannesburg as well as operating flights on routes to smaller regional destinations within the Southern African region. In 2006, the type began replacing the airline's fleet of Avro RJ aircraft and enabled the carrier to expand its network to new destinations which were previously beyond the Avro's range. Currently, the arline operates over 20 E-Jets alongside a fleet of smaller Embraer ERJ family aircraft and a few EMB-120 turboprops. The company has announced that it is seriously considering ordering several examples of the newer E-Jet E2 in order to expand its fleet and solidify its position as the leading regional airline in Southern Africa.

Also love this! I see I have some African competition! lol
