CRJ700 | C-GVAN

Air Vancouver is the chief regional subsidiary for Canadian Airways' Western Canada network, with its sole hub in Vancouver and focus city in Victoria. It was purchased in 2009 by Canadian Airways when it solely operated seaplanes, foreseeing an increased demand for flights from Vancouver to Whistler-adjacent airports for the 2010 Winter Olympics. Its stellar performance pushed Canadian to allow it to acquire 7 CRJ-700 aircraft to expand operations to Alberta and the United States. The airline now operates the CRJ700 and Dash 8 Q400 and is looking into procuring the A220-100 allowing it to expand its operations further east. The livery originally included a native art style inspired by the native peoples who lived in the region to complement the Vancouver 2010 branding, but the theme has stuck even after the end of the Olympics.

    Nice!

This is really good but I'm sad I won't see this livery on a seaplane
