Air Hawaii (IATA: HI | ICAO: AHI | CALLSIGN: VOLCANO) is a full-service carrier based in Honolulu and operates routes to the West Coast of North America and destinations throughout the Pacific as well as interisland routes within the Hawaiian islands. Currently, the backbone of the fleet is the Boeing 737NG (-700/-800/-900ER) all of which are configured with two seating classes, Paradise Class and Economy Class. The airline operates under a hybrid model aiming to make air travel both to and within Hawaii simpler and more easily accessible to everyone. Air Hawaii's aircraft are painted in different colors, each of which represents an important part of Hawaiian culture. Shown here is aircraft N738HI Honolulu, which is painted in an orange color scheme called Pele that represents Hawaii's volcanoes.
