MANA Airbus A330-200

MANA Airbus A330-200

MANA is a Tahitian word, similar to the Chinese word Qi, referring to a spirit or supernatural power that can be transmitted or inherited.

MANA was formed in 1999 to provide the vital Papeete-Paris link, using a single ex-Air France Boeing 747-200. The board elected to fly the route via San Diego as slots in Los Angeles were found to be much more costly and difficult to acquire. In 2004, the airline placed orders for three Airbus A330 jets, which would replace the ageing quadjet.

The airline is currently the main airline in French Polynesia, with a fleet of eight aircraft flying to Paris/CDG, San Diego, Los Angeles, Honolulu, Easter Island, Sydney, Auckland, Brisbane and Singapore as well as multiple regional destinations. The airline operates an all-Airbus fleet with three A330-200s, three A330-300s as well as a pair of A319ceos. The airline has gone into talks with Airbus about purchasing A330neos, however due to the Covid-19 pandemic no new orders have emerged.

This particular A330-200, F-MANB was the second aircraft to be purchased new and delivered to MANA in 2005.

    Ooh :D

    good work, foot mold!

    This is tasty

She looks nice but this is completely unrealistic in terms of painting. It will cost an extreme amount to apply all of those flowers on the fuselage. That is why you almost never see a full body pattern.

I love it, although it would cost a fortune to paint. That said, who cares. Looks awesome!

Lovely! If you are really worried about being realistic, you could always consider this a "special" livery, and do a slightly simpler version as the main livery. Either way, this is great!

    Who cares. Looks awesome!

    Love it!

    san diego lmao no

    Really nice!

But having an ex. etihad a340-500 is unrealistic. The a345 didnt exist back then. Etihad even didnt exist until 2003 so just change that and it will be perfect
