Mideast operates 122 737-800s along with 60 737-900ERs and 34 737-700s. They were first introduced in 1997 making them one of the first operators of the 737NG. They mostly domestic flights and shorter international flights. These aircraft have one of the most comfortable cabins and state of the art IFE systems.
The aircraft shown above is N987ME, a 737-826 manufactured in 2010 and it was one of the first aircraft to have the new 2010 livery painted on it. It is named after Providence, RI
