Ehhhh... it's ok. Reduce the opacity of the halftone (so that it produces a slightly lighter blue than the surrounding color) and make the deer white. As it is, there's not enough contrast between the deer and the half-tone, so it's extremely hard to actually see the logo. I like the idea though
