LibertyJet MD-88 (1992)

LibertyJet used this livery at their founding. Their idea was to make an Airline of the American People, one that everyone would want to fly. In the initial years LibertyJet operated on the East Coast, with the furthest westbound service in Dallas. This changed in the early 90s (when this jet is pictured) when LibertyJet began flying to several cities in the West. The airline had an Oregon Trail-themed promotion (Go West, America!) for the entirety of 1991, and by 1992 the airline had service to 10 cities on the West Coast. The S-80 featured 162 seats and was widely used, with over 400 delivered to LibertyJet between deliveries and other leases. The type still serves despite its age, and LibertyJet has the largest Super 80 fleet in the world as of 2020.

The tail is neat, but the rest is a bit lacking.

this would be interesting on a 70's airliner as a Bicenntenial Livery
