Judea International, known as Judea Israeli Airlines from 1947 - 1970, operated only 6 B707-120s these where used to operate flights to London, Paris, Frankfurt and New York. These new jetliners replaced most Lockheed Super Constellations on those routes however the Super Constellations would operate for another couple years when the airline received 8 707-320s. Out of the first 6 jetliners only 1 remains operational and another preserved at a Museum in Israel.
1 B707-120 has been written off after a hijacking which brought 4X-EWC in the territory of Iran, the aircraft was told to land at a remote desert airstrip set by the hijackers, after 4 days of sitting idle in the barren desert the aircraft was blown up with 6 male passengers onboard eventually the remaining 48 passengers and crew were sent back to Israel. This brought extra security to all Judea flights to and from Tel Aviv.
