VH-TBH, a brief history.

TBH was the 2nd of 4 Boeing 727-200 ordered new by TAA and was delivered to the airline in November of 1973.
Whilst undergoing a D Check, TBH was repainted into the featured livery in June of 1983.
During this inspection, major under-belly corrosion was discovered. Boeing engineers deemed the aircraft's usable service life was reduced and the aircraft would be structurally retired by 1991.

After TAA was renamed Australian, TBH was repainted into the Australian Airlines corporate livery and served the airline till operating it's final revenue service and retired from active service in March of 1991.

The aircraft was subsequently scrapped in Greenwood, Mississippi
