Kendell Airlines Saab 340B VH-EKN

Am I with Ansett? Absolutely.

VH-EKN was one of a number of Saab 340B aircraft operated by Kendell Airlines, the regional affiliate carrier for Ansett Australia.
EKN was operated by Kendell from October of 1995 to Ansett's shutdown in 2001.
As Kendell was an asset of the Ansett Group, it was sold in the fire-sale following the airline's demise in 2001.
Kendell and Hazelton, another Ansett airline, were merged to form the present day Regional Express.

EKN operated for Regional Express from 2001 till 2003, when the aircraft was sold back to Saab.
After serving in the Swedish Air Force as Fv100009, the aircraft was sold to it's present operator, the Royal Thai Air Force.
