Because it's owned by the country's largest oligarch. They also have very high ticket prices when originating from PTY ... It can be double more to fly PTY-LAX than SCL-PTY-LAX, so we get screwed when we want to go on holidays.
Livery-wise, I love it. I always liked Copa's globe more than United's.
