Since late 2019, this aircraft has been spotted in various Venezuelan airports, as well as on the ground in nearby South American countries. It is an Antonov An-12 Soviet-built turboprop cargo aircraft with the tail turret deactivated, and painted in a basic orange-and-white livery, sporting the name of Venezolana De Aviación - Venezuela's former flag carrier, which terminated all its operations in 2018. The logo on the tail is also a modified version of VDA's old branding. Interestingly, the aircraft wears a Venezuelan military registration (with the prefix YVO instead of YV). Its true operator is unknown, as is what cargo it may be carrying around the regions.
