AmJet DHC 6

In an alternate timeline, in 1999 the U.S. Congress voted to eliminate Amtrak, and in its place created the National Passenger Air Service or AmJet. AmJet operates smaller feeder turboprops like this DHC-6 and Cessna Caravans, to mid-sized regional airports, and operates connecting flights out of these airports to larger cities, with its fleet of MD-80's.

The livery itself is something I did fairly quickly to see how it would look, its a mix of American Airlines and Amtrak.

Feedback Appreciated!

To be honest the livery isn't horrible. All of the text placement is a bit messy, 'AmJet' could maybe be a little bit bolder, and US registrations don't have dashes in them. But...come on, a government-owned airline? Competing with private carriers? Come on.

Its meant to not compete with major carriers, its meant to offer air service to underserved communites in the midwest, and connect them onto flights with major carriers.

And the registration thing is noted for future liveries

I am sad to see my brand shares the same name with this so called "livery"
