Seminole Shorts 360 | 1988

Seminole Airways was an airline based in Hollywood, Florida. Run by the Seminole Tribe of Florida, it operated Shorts 360 and Boeing 727 aircraft nearly upon startup in 1984. In the early 2000s, it switched to a fleet consisting entirely of Embraer aircraft. Jungle Jets would provide regional contracting for the Southeast, operating from Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina. Seminole still operates a small fleet of Embraer 120 aircraft to bring tourists in and out of Fort Lauderdale, where the Seminole Tribe still has a Casino. Aircraft owned by the Seminole Tribe are marked with original logo, which was taken from the flag of the Seminole Tribe.
