In 2018, British International took delivery of its first A320neo (though not the first A320neo in the BritJet Group), registered G-BAAA. As all A320neos delivered after it, G-BAAA was configured with 183 total seats, with the first five rows convertible to Business. This configuration includes the use of a non-standard rear lavatory and galley configuration, allowing the installation of three more seats, but three less than with the SpaceFlex v2 setup used in the A320neos delivered to Astra, the other BritJet group mainline carrier. It is shown on the image below at maximum Business capacity - as is clearly visible, part of the The specific A320neo shown here, G-BAAQ, was only delivered in 2020.

The first A321neo in the British International fleet was delivered in 2019, configured with a total of 225 seats, with nine rows convertible to Business. The first to be delivered was G-BBAA, shown here. While it came in the normal 'regional configuration', together with the other three delivered that year, however the five delivered in 2020 and the first two in 2021 (for a total of eight, registered G-BBAE through G-BBAL) came configured differently. As shown at the bottom of the image below, this came with 24 'proper' Business Class seats, essentially an enlarged version of the Premium Economy seating on the airline's A330s, as well as 177 Economy seats. These eight aircraft were used for routes that could justify a better premium product, either due to the destination city or because of the flight length. Examples include Frankfurt and Dakar. After these eight specially-configured planes, A321neo deliveries continued in the regional configuration.
