MD-10

The McDonnell-Douglas MD-10 is a cockpit retrofit to the Douglas DC-10. The upgrade allows for the cockpit to consist of two crew instead of three, eliminating the need for a flight engineer. The MD-10 upgrade has been available since 1996 and allows shared type ratings with the MD-11.

Logistik's air division has always been a fan of the DC-10 series, ordering their first in 1975. The DC-10 took the airline from a smaller, domestic, mostly land-based cargo company to a full scale international empire. With access to overnight cargo anywhere in the EU and even beyond, Logistik outperformed nearly every cargo company in Europe. Germany's central location allowed Logistik to serve the entire European Union. Starting in 1996, DC-10s were upgraded to the MD-10 specification. With newer aircraft on the horizon (such as the 777F), Logistik used the upgrade alongside these newer aircraft and expanded even more.

It's pretty simple but you know what? It works!

Thank you for not messing up the airline name
