Air Crimson Airbus A320 (1989)

The airbus A320 was introduced into ACR's fleet in 1989 serving as a replacement for some of the older 727's in operation at the time. The aircraft was quieter and more efficient and offered a wider cabin allowing for greater passenger comfort. This A320, N801CR, was the very first aircraft of the type delivered to the airline's headquarters in Memphis, Tennessee in June of 1989. The aircraft sadly is now out of service and scrapped in Victorville, California.
