Baltijas Baltic Airlines and Kazakh Airways signed a partnership agreement in 2018 covering over 150 routes between the airlines. As a result, Kazakh Airways customers can now connect to over 100 destinations in Africa, Europe, and North America on Baltijas-operated flights, and Kazakh Airways has re-routed its Almaty - New York service to stop in Riga to pick up passengers three times weekly on its Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft. Baltijas customers are able to connect on up to three daily flights between Latvia and Kazakhstan to points throughout the Middle East, Asia, and Australia.
