Following its withdrawal from use by British International (livery coming later), the 747-300 shown in the past two images was sold to Atlantic Charter. Painted in the charter operator's simple livery and registered LN-MMT, the aircraft operated holiday flights to the Caribbean in the summer of 1999. As the summer season ended, it - along with its two sister ships, which had followed it from Vienna Airlines to British International to Atlantic Charter - were wet-leased to MoscAvia. Operating routes to the United States over the fall, winter and spring of 1999/2000. In April of 2000, MoscAvia signed a contract with Atlantic Charter for a more long-term lease of the three 747s. At this point, the Atlantic Charter titles were painted over with a modified version of MoscAvia's usual titling, and the tail of each aircraft was repainted.

This specific aircraft, LN-MMT, operated mostly to New York, with occasional rotations to Los Angeles. It was also utilized on flights to Southeast Asia during the winter of 2001/2002. Additionally, LN-MMT was involved in a notable incident on August 14th 2001, when it was diverted to Gander during a flight from New York JFK to Moscow Domodedovo after a galley stove caught fire, however all interior damage was quickly repaired and the aircraft was back in service by August 25th.

At the end of 2002, all three 747-300s - including LN-MMT - were returned to Atlantic Charter, repainted in the carrier's standard livery, and finally cleaned. From 2002 to 2004, the aircraft operated exclusively charter and wet-lease flights.
